    How do I get Free Ground Shipping?

    You get FREE UPS Ground Shipping (SurePost or Standard*, at Jelly Belly's discretion) for orders over $55!

    1. Add $55 or more of Jelly Belly items (after any discounts) to your JellyBell.com shopping cart
    2. Continue to/through checkout
    3. Select the offered Free Shipping method
    4. Place your order, and ENJOY the Free Ground Shipping

    *The Fine Print:

    • The Free Ground Shipping method offered will be the least expensive ground shipping option based on weight combined with the location to which the package is being shipped.
    • This offer applies ONLY to orders shipping to the Lower 48 Contiguous States.
    • This offer applies ONLY to orders placed with JellyBelly.com and does not apply to orders placed with MyJellyBelly.com or affiliated websites.
    • Canceling, combining or changing orders might affect your order's eligibility for Free Ground Shipping.

    What is your policy regarding state sales tax?

    Jelly Belly pays the sales tax for orders shipped to the states of California, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Washington and Wisconsin. The information below is for customers who take delivery of merchandise in other states.

    • Jelly Belly does not collect sales or use tax in other states.
    • Purchases are subject to use tax in other states unless exempt from taxation in those other states.
    • The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by Phone.
    • Other states will require customers to report their purchases that were not taxed and pay use tax on those purchases.
    • Customers should check their state's reporting requirements for tax forms to be used for this purpose.

    When will my order ship?

    We offer several shipping options. Orders received by 12:00pm PT on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and using UPS expedited (3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight) service are shipped the same day; all others are shipped within three business days. Expedited orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped on the next business day. During peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas and special sales, it may take up to three additional business days to process your order prior to shipping.

    If you need delivery by a specific date, we encourage you to contact us (1-800-JB-BEANS/522-3267, 7am to 5pm PT, Monday through Friday) so that we can help you with your order.

    When will my order arrive?

    When determining your likely delivery date, please understand that only business days are counted and the date of shipment is not included. Delivery is available on specific days:

    • UPS Standard Ground typically takes 5 to 7 business days (not guaranteed) and delivers Monday through Friday
    • UPS Expedited delivers Monday through Friday
    • UPS SurePost typically takes 6 to 9 business days (not guaranteed) and delivers Monday through Saturday

    Shipments to AK, HI and APO/FPO addresses may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

    The shipping date is not counted as a "movement/in-transit" day. Examples for expedited shipping:

    • If you order on Monday before 12:00pm PT and choose UPS 3-Day, you will receive your order on Thursday
    • If you order Wednesday after 12:00pm PT and choose UPS 3-Day, you will receive your order on the following Tuesday
    • If you order on Friday after 12:00pm PT and choose UPS Overnight, you will receive your order on the following Tuesday

    Any non-shipping holiday that falls within your shipment window will delay your delivery.

    If heat-sensitive items are included in your order, expedited shipping is required and we can only ship the order on certain days of the week. Please see What should I know about warm-weather shipping? for more info.

    What are my shipping choices?

    UPS SurePost

    UPS SurePost is a hybrid UPS/USPS service that offers the reliability of UPS Ground service at a reduced cost. Your UPS tracking number will allow you to see your package’s progress through the UPS system, all the way up to the point when it is handed off to your local US Post Office for delivery to your home. Expect your package to arrive 1 to 2 days after the UPS-to-USPS hand-off.

    This service:

    • Is a great way for our customers to save money on smaller purchases (under 10 pounds)
    • Is available for residential delivery only
    • Allows us to ship small packages to all 50 States, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

    Shipments to AK, HI and APO/FPO addresses may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

    UPS Standard Ground

    UPS Standard Ground Shipping is available only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via UPS Standard Ground shipping method. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, please see UPS SurePost information.

    UPS 3-Day Express Saver

    3-Day Express Saver Shipping is available only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to any PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via UPS 3-Day Express Saver shipping method.     UPS 2-Day Express Shipping

    UPS 2-Day Express Shipping orders will be delivered by the end of the second business day after shipment. UPS 2-Day Shipping is available throughout all 50 states to physical addresses. We cannot ship to any PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via UPS 3-Day Express Saver shipping method. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, please see UPS SurePost information.     UPS Standard Overnight Shipping

    Standard Overnight Shipping is available throughout all 50 states to physical addresses where the UPS Priority Overnight delivery commitment is by 10:30am or noon. This service is not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Some delivery locations do not have UPS Standard Overnight Shipping availability. In such cases, UPS Standard Overnight Shipping is considered to be an "expedited" shipping method and may take 2-3 business days to arrive. We cannot ship to any PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via UPS Standard Overnight Shipping method. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, please see UPS SurePost information.

    How do I ship internationally and/to territories?

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to ship orders outside the 50 US States and APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to enjoy our gourmet candy in another country, please contact one of our authorized international distributors.

    We must limit orders shipping to a freight-forwarder to $500 or less per 30 day period. We cannot ship licensed goods (Harry Potter, Disney/Pixar, BeanBoozled, etc.) out of the US, whether directly or through a freight-forwarder. If you wish to purchase more than $500, please contact your Jelly Belly Distributor. In addition, we are only able to accept US-based credit cards with US-based billing addresses. If you do not have a US-based credit card with a US billing address, we will be happy to accept payment by Wire Transfer and/or ACH payment. Please click here for more info.

    Can I export Jelly Belly Products?

    Jelly Belly products are sold on www.jellybelly.com for personal consumption only. We cannot ship licensed goods (Harry Potter, Disney/Pixar, BeanBoozled, etc.) out of the US, whether directly or through a freight-forwarder. If you wish to purchase licensed Jelly Belly goods, please contact the local Jelly Belly Distributor.

    Are shipping costs refundable?

    Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our (or our carrier's) control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.

    What should I know about warm-weather shipping?

    We want you to receive your order in the best possible condition. During warm-weather months (May through October), specific items require special handling, including the use of cold packs (provided free of charge), and must be shipped during a specific time frame. UPS Expedited shipping is required in order to maintain the integrity of the cold pack and international shipping is not available.

    We will only cold-pack items that contain products sensitive to heat, such as chocolates or gummis, and a "Warm-Weather Warning" note appears on the product page for every affected product.

    Please refer to the charts below for exact shipping and delivery days. If you miss a shipping window, we'll hold your order until the following Monday so that your items aren't damaged in transit.

    As you can see, ground shipping (whether UPS Standard or SurePost) and 3-Day shipping are not available for orders containing heat-sensitive items. If you have any questions about warm-weather shipping, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
