These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding contract between you and Jelly Belly Candy Company, Inc. ("Jelly Belly," "we" and "us"). You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of Jelly Belly, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Jelly Belly in any respect whatsoever. You and Jelly Belly agree there are no third party beneficiaries intended under these Terms.

Termination
We may terminate your access to all or any part of the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. If you wish to discontinue use of the services, you may delete your App at anytime.
