I love Jelly Belly Sport Beans, especially as fuel for long runs. I like being able to eat a few at a time, or the whole bag. They're not sticky, like some of the other convenience energy snacks, they don't melt or get too soft while in your pack. Best of all, they taste like regular jelly beans.

I use these on my long runs for my marathon training and really like them. They're easy on your stomach, provide a quick boost of energy and are light-weight. I take 1-2 beans every mile starting around mile 5. Usually kick in after about 10 minutes and are like a little prize I get at the end of every mile. Have tried other flavors but this one's my personal favorite. They do require chewing and once miles get too far up, the chewing can be not as much fun...
