Important Update on Shopping Jelly Belly Online
Starting May 1, 2026, Jelly Belly is ending online sales at JellyBelly.com. For many years, we have loved bringing Jelly Belly products straight to your door via JellyBelly.com. We are shifting our focus to selling at your favorite retailers, enabling Jelly Belly fans like you to find the flavors you love both in stores and at online retailers. Any orders already placed (including those submitted through April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT) will be fulfilled as usual.
A curated assortment of products will be available online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com, sold by Jelly Belly. You can also purchase Jelly Belly candies in person at retail locations nationwide; just use our Store Locator to find a store near you.
If you have an unused Store Credit or e‑Gift Card from JellyBelly.com, you may request a refund (for eGift Cards, the eGift Card number is required). Because these balances were only redeemable on our website, refunds will be issued by check upon request. Throughout the month of May, we are sending emails with instructions to consumers who have outstanding Store Credits or eGift Cards. Please keep an eye out for your email. If you do not receive your email by June 1st, 2026, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-JB-BEANS (522-3267).
