Great for use during marathon training

When I started training for my first marathon, I realized needed something to help give me the electrolytes I needed during my long runs; and I really can't stand the super sweetness or the taste most sports drinks leave. So I decided to give the sports beans a try. They are awesome. They give me that little something I need to get through my runs. They are also super easy to carry. Just remember to drink water with them!

Comments:

I use this product for both energy and calorie replacement when running longer than 5 miles. These magic beans keep me hydrated and full of energy to run 13.1 plus miles. Unlike other energy gels or chews these magic beans taste as good as jelly belly. It is a treat and a delight to eat these beans! I will not run without them! You could eat these as a mid day pick me up instead of a cup of coffee, they are only about 100 calories.

Comments:

I was riding with friends the day after completing a reverse Tri and 2 miles before the top of a climb I bonked and was going to turn around. A riding partner offered me a bag of sports beans and I ate them with a good drink of water. I felt better and finished the ride strong. I have been using them to get over my fade factor on runs ever since. They have really helped! I am 53 and in trainig for a high altitute Tri and the beans are my extra edge

Comments:

I use the product between fitness classes at the local gym and before and during bike rides. I also enjoy Sport Beans as a snack. I am working my way through the different varieties. I thought I would really like the Cherry beans. However, I found them to have a bad after taste. Just my opinion -- everyone has their own tastes.

I bought the product to use while working out. It provides a good lift to help one get through the workout. I tried it one day when I felt a migrane headache coming on. It stopped the progression of the headache. I'm sold.

NIce replacement for GU and travels well

Comments:

The Jelly Beans provide a quick boost that lasts for about an hour. Unlike GU or Bloks, the Beans don't require a lot of water and break down quickly without sticking to your teeth. Two 100 calorie packs gets me through a 4 hour run.

I like the new resealable packaging. I would like it to be the same size as your previous packaging. As a runner they are a little bulky & I can't carry as many in my fuel belt.The product itself is great! Thanks.

I need food to carry in my cyling jersey that is light and gives me sustained energy. I pop a few beans every half hour and I'm good to go.
