The State of California has announced on November 16, 2020, that Solano County, along with 40 other Counties, is reverting back to widespread (purple) tier due to a rapid rise in COVID cases over the last couple weeks. A return to the purple tier severely impacts local businesses that will now have to close indoor operations or reduce business capacity effective November 17. The Jelly Belly Visitor Center, which includes the Retail Store, Chocolate Shoppe, and Café are OPEN. Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm daily and the Jelly Belly Café is open from 9 am to 3 pm. The café is open for outdoor seating and take out. Visit our Caseload Sale where we have over 30 pallets of product available at incredible prices. While supplies last.
