It’s true!
Whether you need meeting space for a dozen or a hundred, we have your venue needs covered here at
the Jelly Belly Visitor Center in Fairfield, California. Have an upcoming business meeting but want to
treat your staff to some fun at the same time? In most cases, we can arrange for a factory tour for your
group. Want specific
colors incorporated into your luncheon? We have a ton of colorful candies for you to choose from
for your tables. Is your group larger than most? We can explore the option of renting both floors
of our building for a grand event.
Below you will find the basic information on our inviting and flexible meeting/event space. We’ll
be happy to answer any further questions and can check the availability of your preferred dates on
our event calendar when you call or email.
Our Grand Bean Room can be rented in its entirety or you can rent any of the three rooms separately.
Grand Bean Room—9am-5pm: $995, After 5pm: $1395
- All three rooms combined
- Perfect for a large group
- Can seat up to 200 at round tables of 10 each and still have room for buffet line
- Can seat up to 100 at round tables of 10 each and still have room for buffet line and optional dance floor (see amenities section for info)
Very Cherry Room—9am-5pm: $350, After 5pm: $495
- Smallest of the three individual rooms
- Perfect for conference style seating for 12-15
- Can seat up to 30 at round tables of 10 each and have smaller buffet
- Has a bar area that can be used for coffee/beverage set-up

Berry Blue Room—9am-5pm: $350, After 5pm: $495
- Largest of the three individual rooms
- Perfect for theater style seating for up to 150 guests or classroom style for around 40 guests
- Can seat up to 90 at round tables of 10 each
Tangerine Room—9am-5pm: $350, After 5pm: $495
- Middle size of the three individual rooms
- Perfect for conference style seating for 20-25
- Can seat up to 50 at round tables of 10 each and have smaller buffet

Let us assist you with your catering plans and choose from our fine list of approved local caterers. You may be able to have your lunch served from our in-house café for smaller groups. We can give you many options to make your next event a memorable one!
