Whether you need meeting space for a dozen or two hundred, we have your venue needs covered here at
the Jelly Belly Visitor Center in Fairfield, California. We have hosted weddings and receptions, craft fairs, corporate conferences, training classes, fundraisers, award banquets, proms, holiday parties, reunions, anniversaries, baby showers and more!

- Having a business meeting but want to treat your staff to some fun at the same time? In most cases, when you book one of our conference rooms, we can arrange a private tour for your group.
- Want specific colors incorporated into your luncheon? Any of our colorful Jelly Belly jelly beans or confections may be purchased and incorporated into your event and placed on your tables.

- Is your group larger than most? We can explore the option of renting both floors of our building for a grand event.
- Our California liquor license allows beer and wine to be served at most events in the Visitor Center.
- Our three conference rooms can be rented separately or combined.
Below you will find the basic information on our inviting and flexible meeting/event space. We will
be happy to answer any further questions and can check the availability of your preferred dates on

Grand Bean Room—9am-5pm: $995, After 5pm: $1395
- All three rooms combined: 121' X 35'
- Perfect for a large group
- Can seat up to 200 at round tables of 10 each and still have room for buffet line
- Can seat up to 100 at round tables of 10 each and still have room for buffet line and optional dance floor (see amenities section for info)
Very Cherry Room—9am-5pm: $350, After 5pm: $495
- Room size: 37' X 35'
- Perfect for conference style seating for 12-15
- Can seat up to 30 at round tables of 10 each and have smaller buffet line and beverage service
- Includes a bar area that can be used for coffee/beverage set-up

Berry Blue Room—9am-5pm: $350, After 5pm: $495
- Room size: 47' X 35'
- Perfect for classroom-style seating, up to 40 guests
- Can seat up to 80 at round tables of 10 each and still have room for a small buffet line and beverage service
Tangerine Room—9am-5pm: $350, After 5pm: $495
- Room size: 37' X 35'
- Perfect for conference style seating for 20-25
- Can seat up to 50 at round tables of 10 each and have smaller buffet line and beverage service
