Comments: Extreme Sport Beans are the perfect way to stay energized during a long run. I just pop 2 or 3 every few miles, and even 20 milers go by with out a problem. There is no mess like there is with Gels and I can eat them slowly as I need them. The fact that they taste so good is a bonus! |

Comments: I use the product halfway thru long bike rides on a regular basis. The caffeine and sugar does work to make me feel better and more "balanced". You need to expand your flavors.....can you say Orange :) :) Please try to get retailers like Target to carry the caffeine flavors. I get tired of having to order thru online companies to get this type of nutrition. Thank you. |

Comments: I use the beans as an extra boost durning my long runs that are 10 miles or more and I really felt really good when I was done running. I actually sent some to my sister who is also running and she loved them and said she would be purchasing some soon. |

Comments: These beans are terrific - "magic" even! My long runs start with pep and get re-pepped every 30 minutes or so, as needed. The caffeine helps increase your endurance - or your awakeness if you start really early. You gotta get comfortable chewing, swallowing, and breathing in cadence otherwise it's safer to stop for a few seconds to ingest your energy - i.e. it's not as easy as swallowing some liquid refreshment, but I think it lasts longer. |
