Comments: whenever i do a long exercise routing i eat them about halfway to give myself a boost. the bag that they come in is not easy to keep open while trying to eat and exercise. |

Comments: Easy to carry. Eat a few (two or three) every couple of miles in a half or full marathon. They give an energy boost and keep the mouth watered. |

Comments: Sports Beans are great. I have Type 1 diabetes and love to cycle. They help keep by blood sugar from dropping on long rides. I also keep a pack in my purse in case of a low.
