Comments: When I am playing volleyball, I keep my sports beans in my pocket to eat, to help keep up my energy. I sweat alot when I play sports, sports beans and wateer drinks help me keep stable and energized. |

Comments: These are much sweeter and about twice the size of regular jelly bellies. I got them for when I do long exercise sessions (Biking+swimming or biking+swimming+running). Theoretically, they should help to increase water absorption (if you drink lots of water with them) and thus prevent dehydration. I wouldn't eat them at home, though. I did put some in the glove compartment in case my husband gets hungry (i.e., short-tempered). |

Comments: A friend recommended the Jelly Belly Sport Beans a while back, and I couldn't get by without them for my long training runs. They are easily digestible and small enough to carry in a pocket or small running waist belt. Two thumbs up. |

Comments: I used this to start my marathon a couple weeks ago, and wish I had brought more than the one bag instead of my energy gels. In the surprise Chicago heat, it wasn't messy like the gels. It helps that the flavors are candy-like as well. |
