Comments: The orange flavored beans taste really good and fuel me through marathon training. I fill 2 Sport Bean Pod Pouches with sport beans. Read my review for the Bean Pouches to keep them secure while running. |

Comments: Received this from the promotional table at the Expo at the 2010 Virginia Beach Rock N Roll Half Marathon and I loved it! Very tasty. Easy to open on the run! Easy to chew and swallow on the run. Worked great without any follow-on cramping that you get with many products. Sometimes pumping a load of product into the body during an event seems to semi-dehydrate you as it draws water from the body into the digestive track, leading to some muscle cramping. A lot of folks have experienced this and know what I mean. This is one reason you need to TRAIN with a product before using... HOWEVER, I had no such opportunity with the Sport Beans (first I had heard of them was the Expo) but I used them and had ZERO issues. IN FACT, I prefer them to the gel packs that have been used at the annual VaB RnR Half Marathon. I always seem to have some issues after using the gel packs, which overrides any benefits they might provide. They are easier and CLEANER than those gel packs... rip... pour in your mouth... done... could not be any better EXCEPT THEY TASTE GREAT! And who doesn't love jelly beans anyway! LOL Now, they're even "healthy" for you!! :-) I love them and now use them as my preferred in-race boost. |

Comments: I like to use it in the early morning when there's no time to eat a heavy breakfast. The price,however, is expensive. 75 cents a pack would be more reasonable. |

Comments: I use these beans, specifically the orange ones, for all of my long runs (over 6 miles). I feel it helps keep my body hydrated and helps deter muscle fatigue. I especially like the fact that these beans do not have added caffiene in them like many supplements do. Thanks for the great product! |

Comments: Much more palatable than gels, tastes good and gives me the boost I'm looking for while working out. I do resistance training 3x a week, and aerobic 5 to 6x a week, and these provide the boost I want when I'm really pushing myself. |

Comments: I received a sample from jelly belly at a race, after trying the bean I couldn't believe the the results. I would eat one bean every time I would reach the top of a big hill. within 10 sec I was ready to go. If you don't like bonking then try these. Don't let officials know how good they are, I'd hate to see them banned. |
