I received the beans as a Christmas gift. I have eaten the regular beans many times and love those! The sugar-free bean have fewer calories than the regular beans, but have just as many carbohydrates, which is what is important to a diabetic. These beans are no better for a diabetic than regular beans. In addition, the "shell" is harder, and the bean texture is far more gummy (unpleasant) than the other beans. Sugar-free beans are also not as tasty as the others. I find little to recommend for the sugar-free beans!

I sent this sugar free assortment at xmas to a diabetic friend plus an assortment of regular jelly bellies for her husband. [...]It would be nice if there were more choices of flavors in the sugar free assortment.

My brother is diabetic, and these were sent to him. He said they are very tasty and he loves them. This is the 2nd time I've sent them to him. He said its a great way to snack and not go off his sugar-free diet...yet having the great feeling of eating regular jelly beans...

Dear JB, , I was very disappointed in you Sugar Free Jelly Bellies. The amount was kind of skimmpy and they were very stale....hard as a rock. Be rest assured if I buy more they will not be of the Sugar Free kind. I have purchased Sugar Free from your competitors and they taste much better. You need to do a much better job with taste and freshness or take them off the market. Sincerely, Bill Lipps

SWEET-Sugar Free Candies

Comments:

Being a diabetic, most sugarless candies are not good. They have an ughly after taste. sometimes the flavors are not even realistic. Jelly Belly Sugarless J.Beans are the best. Sugar free gives the opportunity to enjoy a flavor without worry of too much sugar. THANKS !
