We demonstrate why a computer freezes. First we sort the jelly beans by colors in different compartments in an open tray. Then we tell them when they have several programs open and they are clicking around and doing several tasks at once, the computer can freeze or gets mixed up. At this point we toss the jelly beans and they go everywhere. Then we tell them to shut down the computer, let it rest about 30 seconds, turn it back on, and let the computer do the diagnostics so the computer can put the jelly beans back where they belong. Then we give them a small bag of jelly beans for them to remember. It is really effective!
