Comments: I use the beans on long training rides and during races. I believe they are integral part of nutrition on a ride. I try to consume one package before the ride and two more during a four hour ride. |

Comments: Me and my husband use these on long runs, they are small and don't take up much space, Gu chops are very bulky and large to have to do a lot of chewing, the beans are small a few chews an they are gone, I even stick a few in the corner of my mouth and and suck on them as I run, anything over a 5K I have beans in my pocket. The help get that energy I had at the start of the race |

Comments: I use this with the orange ones. I really like the way these taste and tend to use them early for the caffine, however that is a double edged sword as the caffine can also dehydrate so drink plenty of water to offset. |
