I tried these sport beans last night during a run. I have reactive hypoglycemia and some days I get weak and shake a lot. Last nigt during my run, I got really weak and shaky and knew I couldn't finish if I didn't eat something. I had a package of these that I received after a race one time. The package had 7 beans in it. I only ate three of them. Amzazing!! My shakes quickly stopped and I was able to finish my run (even at a slighly higher speed) as well as weight training afterwards.
