Upon biting into what would seem to be a delicious Jelly Belly jelly bean, you will immediately discover what seems to be a cruel prank in an otherwise delicious assortment of wonderfully tasty jelly beans. This flavor is so unusually disgusting that you will find yourself continuing to chew and analyze what I dubbed "Spicy Steamed Garbage" only to try and figure out why anyone would create such a flavor.

We used these as part of an engagement party favor. The wedding will be held in Mexico so we added the jelly beans to a margarita glass with a packet of Margarita Mix. People LOVED it!!! The flavor was not overpowering or too sweet. The beans are small.We used 20lbs for 150 favors(about 2oz each).

I have had many margaritas, but never a spicy margarita. I was very surprised when I bit into a margarita Jelly Belly and found the most prominent (in fact VERY prominent) flavor to be spice! It's been 5 minutes and I still feel the heat. I don't usually review products, but I think this one could be much more true to the flavor of an actual margarita. As is, they should be renamed "Jalapeno" flavor. And this from someone who's favorite Jelly Belly flavor is Sizzling Cinnamon. Yow!
