I am a Jelly Belly Licorice jelly bean junkie and it has been nearly impossible to find them in the one store in town that carries your variety of jelly beans. I have been forced to order directly from your company to feed my habit! The service is great, the product has been very fresh both times. I called Customer Service to let you know of my delima in finding them in Albany and the gentleman I spoke with was very gracious and helpful...was going to check to see if there was anything that could be done to improve service in my city. I would probably order the 16oz tubs next time instead of the 9oz bags, altho it has been convenient in the smaller, portable bags. I am such a fan..for my birthday last week, 2 people bought me bags of your licorice jelly beans...from other cities! Keep up the great work.

I think with how much I order from you guys that I should at least get a coupon every once in awhile and I am a dedicated customer who orders from you every two to three weeks and I am not just ordering one 8 oz. bag either. Check my status as a coupon would be a great incentive.

As you are aware I am a dependable and predictable consumer of your licorice jelly beans. This is the only candy that I "crave" which happens to be bittersweet (pun intended). This batch of jelly beans are exactly as I expect to taste and I thank you for "replacing" the other batch of jelly beans at no expense to me.
