Ingredients:
• Sugar cookie dough (refrigerated)
• Jelly Belly jelly beans (any flavor)
• 2 sheets of paper
• Your dad
Instructions:
1. On paper make a pattern of Dad’s hand by tracing around his fingers with a
pencil. Do the same with your hand. Don’t tell him why!
2. Cut out the paper hands; set aside.
3. Roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough into a 12-inch circle (or larger if he
has a BIG hand). Place paper pattern on top and cut dough into hand shape.
Repeat for your hand pattern.
4. Using a large spatula, lift the hands onto cookie sheet. It’s okay to reshape
the cookies once they are on the cookie sheet. Bake according to package
directions. Cool completely, then frost lightly with prepared vanilla frosting.
5. Decorate with Jelly Belly jelly beans. Present your hand and his hand to Dad!
