Additional Information:

• Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery via UPS to arrive within 5-7 business days, excluding U.S. Military addresses which may take up to 2-3 weeks via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

• Standard shipments must be to physical delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to any P.O. boxes except military P.O. boxes and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii and that is only via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Applies to APO/FPO addresses only when using a United States zip code.

• We will ship to the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

• We reserve the right to discontinue the free Standard Shipping Program at any time.

• Canceling, combining or changing orders might affect your order's eligibility for Free Standard Shipping.

Shipping and Refunds:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of Free Standard Shipping, the shipping charge for the order will be assessed as if the order had shipped via Standard Shipping.

We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.



Shipping Delays Disclaimer:

Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or our carrier's control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.

UPS Standard Ground:

UPS Standard Ground Shipping orders received by 12:00 PM PT on regular business days, Monday-Friday, are shipped same day via UPS Standard Ground to deliver within 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will be shipped the following business day. During peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas and special sales, it may take up to three business days to process your order prior to shipping.

Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available, and Saturday and Sunday are not counted as “movement/in transit” days.



3 Day Select Shipping Method:

3 Day Select Shipping orders received by 12:00 PM PT on regular business days, Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day via UPS 3-Day Select to deliver by the end of the third business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will be shipped the following business day. During peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas and special sales, it may take up to three business days to process your order prior to shipping.

3 Day Select Shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to any P.O. boxes via UPS 3 Day Select shipping method. For P.O. boxes, please see USPS Priority Shipping, below.

2nd Day Air Shipping Method:

2nd Day Air Shipping orders received by 12:00 PM PT on regular business days, Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day via UPS 2nd Day Air to arrive in two business days. During peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas and special sales, it may take up to three business days to process your order prior to shipping.

Warm Weather Shipping:

During certain months of the year, based on temperatures in and around our distribution centers, we may be required to pack shipments using insulated packaging and cold packs in order to keep the temperature inside your delivery cool. We do this at no additional charge to you.

We will only cold pack packages that contain products sensitive to heat, such as chocolates or gummis. These shipments require expedited shipping of 2 Day or Next Day shipping in order to maintain the integrity of the cold pack.

Cold-packed orders shipping via Second Day can ship out Monday through Wednesday.

Cold-packed orders shipping via Next Day can ship out Monday through Thursday.

USPS Priority Shipping:

USPS Priority Shipping orders received by 9:00 AM PT on regular business days, Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day via USPS Priority Mail to deliver within 5-10 days (transit time is not guaranteed). Orders placed after 9:00 AM PT will be shipped the following business day. During peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas and special sales, it may take up to three business days to process your order prior to shipping.

USPS Priority Shipping is available to all 50 states and US territories of American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, including P.O. boxes and APO or FPO addresses. USPS Priority Mail qualifies for free shipping.
