Hodgepodge 2.5 lb. Bag   Bookmark and Share

Hodgepodge from Jelly Belly. Irregular candy that doesn't include jelly beans. Taste just as good as regular candies.

Hodgepodge is a completely random blend which may contain only one kind of candy we produce, or several kinds of candy we produce, excluding Jelly Belly beans (with few exceptions).

One Hodgepodge bag may contain some Sunkist Fruit Gems, some Neon Inchworms, or even some chocolates. Almost everything else in our lineup is fair game, including famous Confections like Candy Corn, Gummi Bears and more! The only candies you won't ever find in a Hodgepodge bag are Jelly Belly jelly beans (obviously!), BeanBoozled jelly beans, or Sugar-Free candies. Of course, they're a little bit on the irregular side, meaning their shape or color is somewhat off. But the quality of flavor and freshness isn't affected at all. Every piece still delicious!

Hodgepodge bags contain a lot of different assortments, and each bag is randomly packed. Consider it a tasty surprise!

Net weight 2.5 lbs.

Comments about Jelly Belly Hodgepodge 2.5 lb. Bag:

I used the Hodgepodge for our weekly Bingo games with my seniors as prizes. They loved the flavors, but the had trouble with the little beads on the raspberry shape/falvored ones.
Though my package seemed to have one type more than another. I would have liked to seem a better balance in candy types.

Comments about Jelly Belly Hodgepodge 2.5 lb. Bag:

I've ordered hodge podge mix before and the mixture was great. A big variety of different items. This time I was not so lucky. All that was in my mix was the jelly berries, candy corn and jelly beans. The jelly beans seemed very old. the others were tasty, but you can only eat so much of a few things. I would have enjoyed a better variety like I got last time. I guess it's a chance you take. I would cautiously recommend this product.

I know it's supposed to be a mixture but it was probably 90% raspberry & blackberry candies. I was very disappointed.

Comments about Jelly Belly Hodgepodge 2.5 lb. Bag:

Candy was good, but I was disappointed that it was mostly (2/3 of it?) just candy corn (cheapest available?) and cherry sour balls. I bought my mix not long after Halloween, so that might explain it being heavy with candy corn at least.

I'm another victim of the Raspberries and Blackberries hodgepodge attack. They're good for two pieces then get sickening. If you love the Raspberries and Blackberries from Jelly Belly, this will be your heaven. 2.3 pounds of them with only a few meddling candy corn and beans to get in the way.

For the rest of us, stay far, far, far, far, away.

Comments about Jelly Belly Hodgepodge 2.5 lb. Bag:

The bag we got was 95% berries (red and black). They are yummy, but for some reason, I was expecting more of a mixture of other things. There were some candy corn, and some regular jelly beans, but not much beyond those 3 candies. Still, I managed to choke them down anyway...
