The combine textures were odd. We were expecting something a bit sweeter. Yes, we understood it was meant to taste like champagne but even then it's a candy! We planned to use these for our wedding. Now, not so much. Glad we tried a sample size first. They almost tasted like grape. Like eating candy that had been left out in the sun. Not awful. Just wasn't what we were looking for.

Definitely a unique candy for an expecting pallet.

Added them to a personalized metal tin for our son's wedding rehersal dinner. Put in tangerine--the bride's favorite flavor. Buttered popcorn--the groom's favorite. Cinnamon for a little zing in their marriage and Champagne to toast the occassion. Everyone complimented on the taste of the champagne ones!. Try them for your next special occassion. You won't be disappointed. i was amazed with their true flavor.

I bought these to use at my wedding as favors. The bottom line is that I would buy these again, but they don't taste like champagne. They are far more sweet than most champagnes. But, I like the look of them, they taste sweet but not overly sweet, and they're interesting. But there is no way they taste like champagne.

I went by the description that said white grape jelly, which I like. I thought they would be a nice addition to our candy buffet for the adults. These actually taste like champagne / white wine, not say, white grape juice. They have that alcohol bite to them. No one at my party enjoyed them, kids or adults. I imagine wine lovers would like them though!

I bought these for my niece's bridal shower. We are having a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" theme and so champagne bubbles fit the theme perfectly! We love them! Not only they are cute with the nonpareils on them, the flavor was just sweet enough with a little zing at the end. They will be enjoyed by all of our guests.
