    This is a very good bottle to put in your jersey pocket when extra water or energy drink is needed on a ride. It is practical for short rides or very small frame bikes but at 21oz you cannot carry much water (even carrying 2 bottles) without stopping at a convenience store. Well made and does not leak.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
